Our grill setup

Our Skillet is a custom built, 6' round, flat top, rotating skillet with a cutting board and a stainless prep table. It is highly portable, and has the capacity to serve a continuous line of people. Its 28 square foot surface area can cook 150lbs of potatoes, 75-100 burgers, or 150 hot dogs!

The TruckOur grill truck is a restored International fire engine. It features a 5 by 10 foot grill top, fueled by 300lbs of Kinsford charcoal briquettes. Each side of the truck has an operator stand. At maximum capacity, it takes four people to run the grill.
